    Joe Ratcliff, our Core Accounts Team Lead, has been with IEL for close to 9 years and credits the people he works with and the team centered environment as his fave things about IEL. His long tenure also means he remembers IEL in the early days - when our owners worked Monday - Saturday booking trucks, cold calling and managing night dispatch right alongside every other broker in the company. Pretty cool Joe has been around long enough to watch our evolution and we certainly hope he is around for years to come! Thank you, Joe, for all of your service!

    Jennifer Riley, a 2018 Employee of The Year, is our Client Relations Supervisor and has been with IEL for about five years. Her favorite thing about our company is the culture. She says, “The people and the culture IEL has created are like no other company I have worked for.” (We like to think so too, Jen!) Jen used to be a firefighter for West Chester Fire Department, before starting her family, which makes sense since she still puts out fires (of a different kind) all day long. We thank Jen for her commitment to IEL, are so grateful for her continued service and want to again congratulate her on a well-deserved Employee of the Year award.

    Wes Campbell, Client Relations Specialist has been with us for three years and credits IEL’s family-like environment as his most favorite thing about his role. He is the back-to-back champion of our highly regarded IEL Spirit Award – and if you know Wes, you know he nabs this award with ease. If he had to choose one word to describe IEL he would easily choose TEAMWORK, noting that IEL is a tight-knit community where support and encouragement among co-workers are never hard to find. Wes is a dynamic and fun part of our family, and we wouldn’t trade him for the world.

    Kevin Weller, Logistics Account Executive, has been with IEL for close to nine years. When asked what he likes best about IEL, he hits you with a one-two punch: “Professionally, it is the opportunity to make life changing money. Personally, I like the people I work with.” (We believe that sums it up pretty well!) We are grateful to Kevin for his longtime dedication and commitment to IEL and believe his track record of success says more about his motivational fit and natural ability than we ever could. We look forward to watching Kevin’s talent continue to flourish.

    Julia Marshall, Training Specialist, began working with IEL immediately after her college graduation and says what she loves most about her role is that no two days are alike. Julia is constantly interacting with all of our new hires, and she is our go-to employee for all things training related. She is always up for whatever challenge is thrown her way and she balances her workload seamlessly. Julia’s hard work and attention to detail is unmatched, and IEL is so grateful she is part of our team. Julia nabbed Marketing Employee of the Year 2018 and no one is more deserving! She is a true all-star and her talents are very appreciated.

    Amanda Pynappel has been with IEL for eight years and serves as a Core Accounts Specialist. Her favorite part about working here is “EVERYTHING!” – like the energy, atmosphere, relationships, co-workers, daily challenges and amazing growth, just to name a few. Amanda was with us in our first warehouse and now sits on the fourth floor of Integrity Tower, and she was one of our very first Logistics Coordinators. Amanda has shown loyalty, resilience, and an astounding work ethic over the years, and we feel so lucky she chose IEL as her home. She is definitely like family to us.
